How Do I Get A Record Deal With Alabel Mizik?

Alabel Mizik is always eager to learn about new, talented, unsigned artists. We're constantly on the lookout for artists that fall into the following broad categories: Konpa, Zouk, French Caribbean music, Racine or any cross flavor in these categories. For Musicians who want to know what we are really after, here are some of things we're looking for in no particular order:

1. Bands/Artists that are capable of writing amazing/memorable hit songs.
   
   
2. A compelling, passionate lead singer/front person.
   
   
3. Bands/Artists with local/regional followings, and/or local airplay.
   
   
4. Bands/Artists that are actually willing to work their asses off and sacrifice everything for their art.

You can submit a demo track by sending your material to us through the mail.

Here are a few helpful hints:

Send us your best three or four songs and put your best song first. If you're sending us a full CD then indicate which songs we should focus on. Also send in a representative photo of you/your band with a one page bio. And this may sound really obvious, but always include your contact information. All materials will be reviewed within six weeks of receipt.
